Traveling to another Country?

Our Security Policy limits geographic access to our applications. If you are traveling and need to access email or other applications, you will need to submit an IT ticket detailing the country(s) your visiting, with the date range. Submitting a ticket prior to leaving is recommended.

If you are traveling to the following countries, no ticket is needed:

United States
Costa Rica
India
Aland islands
Canada
Finland
Mexico
Sweden

If you are having an extended layover and need access, you might want to include the layover country.
